6.2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bigappleroasters.com. We will require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item, and if approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
6.3. Final Sale: Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and other products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as stated for defective or damaged goods.
