My relationship with coffee began at my grandfather’s kitchen table in Poland. The coffee itself was simple, but the aroma filled the room; and the moment carried meaning: slow mornings, conversation, and presence. That feeling stayed with me.

When I came to the United States, I had to begin again. A new language, new culture, new life.

Coffee became my constant and

my connection to home.

Chasing that original taste, and the emotion behind it, led to the creation of Big Apple Roasters.
